I finally downloaded Rose of Versailles over last summer and loved it so much! Aw, I want to see your cosplay from Haibane! I've thocught about getting around to Reki one day myself. Escaflowne seems to be kind of hit or miss with people. I always suggest it because it has so many different elements to it. So after you figure out what you like about it you can kind of go on to choose what may be a more appropriate series for you. Personally I love it, and might cosplay one of the twin catgirls if I could get an appropriate cosplay friend to cosplay the other one with me. And yes, watch Eureka 7! It's kind of hard to explain but it kind of gave me the feeling of what Evangelion could be if it wasn't so insanely screwed up and wasn't opposed to happy endings.
